RPGNow’s 4th Annual Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale coming up

Here’s something that will be of interest to anyone who likes to buy RPGs on pdf and wants to save some money:
RPGNow‘s 4th Annual Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale runs from Friday, November 27 thru Monday, November 30th.
- All products with a price range of $1.01 to $4.99 are ONLY $1
- All products with a price range of $5.00 to $9.99 are ONLY $2
- All products with a price range of $10.00 to $14.99 are ONLY $5
- All products with a price range of $15.00 and higher are 50% OFF their normal price
While some of this is a bit of a “gimmick” (for example, this is referring to their regular prices and many pdfs already sell for 30-50% off that price everyday), there are still a lot of good deals to be found so check it out.

Actually some of the prices are significantly better than that. To quote one extreme case:

That is indeed a good deal although I’m not sure I understand what’s really on sale and I’ve gotten the distinct impression is that RPGNow’s email is largely a bait-&-switch: It insinuates that all products were going to be discounted (at least all of those in the lower price ranges) but I’ve not found anything that actually is selling for the prices they advertised in the email – instead there are products from certain publishers on sale and others with no discount at all.

I am kind of actually surprised that the deals are not as abundant today (cybermonday). I held off some online shopping expecting good discounts but I am seeing almost the same prices that I saw on Friday and Saturday with occasional
